Assay Conditions

SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 protein (BPS Bioscience #100730) was coated on the plate for overnight at 4°C, and tested for the binding to ACE2 using ACE2-His, Avi-Biotin labeled (BPS Bioscience #100665) at various concentrations. Streptavidin-HRP was used to develop the luminescence signal.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
