Cell Isolation Kits

Our cell isolation kits allow for fast, simple, and efficient isolation of specific immune cell subsets. Optimized for the isolation of cells from normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), our kits use magnetic bead: antibody complexes to separate target antigen-expressing cells from heterogeneous cell populations.

For positive selection kits, cells are incubated with the antibody:bead complexes and then placed on a magnet, which immobilizes the cells along the side of the tube. Undesired antigen-negative cells remaining in suspension are easily removed by pipetting. Upon removal from the magnet, the remaining cell population is enriched for the target cells of interest.

The sorted cells can then be used for downstream research applications such as genomic analysis, flow cytometry, functional co-culture assays, or CAR cell development.
