CRISPR Knockout Cell Lines
To advance innovative tools for immuno-oncology research, BPS Bioscience has developed expertise in knocking out one or more proteins. Stable cell lines fully lacking target proteins were generated using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing techniques. Some cell lines include a conditional NFAT luciferase reporter to monitor activation.
