Assay Conditions

SARS-CoV-2 S1 and ACE2 binding assay was done using the ACE2:SARS-CoV-2 Spike Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience, #79936). SARS-CoV-2 S1 protein and anti-human Fc-HRP were used instead of SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein (RBD) and anti-mouse Fc-HRP respectively. Non-specific His-tag protein was coated and used for a negative control.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
