Human recombinant EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor, also known as HER1) encompassing amino acids 668-1210 which contains the tyrosine kinase domain. The construct contains an N-terminal GST-Tag, a C-terminal His-Tag (6xHis), and the mutation leucine to arginine at position 858. This protein was affinity purified.

Assay Conditions

Assay was performed according to EGFR(L858R) Kinase Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #40324) with EGFR (L858R) titrated at various concentrations.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
