Activity Testing
Our proteins and antibodies are validated on each lot to confirm activity, when relevant. Our in-house manufactured proteins are critical components of our assay kits and are optimized to meet needs across a wide span of research areas including epigenetics, coronaviruses, immunotherapy, kinases, PROTACs, proteases, ubiquitination, and much more.
Recombinant LAG3, Fc-fusion, Biotin-labeled (BPS Bioscience #71147) binding to FGL1 in a dose-dependent manner, measured using an AlphaLISA assay.
JAK2 (W659A,W777A,F794H), His-Tag (BPS Bioscience #100123) binding to JH2 probe in a dose-dependent manner, measured according to the JAK2 JH2 Pseudokinase Domain Inhibitor Screening Kit (BPS Bioscience #78111).
Recombinant Sortase A, His-tag (BPS Bioscience #71086) dose-dependent activity was measured using our Sortase A Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79937).
