Quality Control Testing
To verify product manufacturing, stringent quality control testing is essential in determining product quality. Each lot of product is quality tested in appropriate assays to confirm consistent lot-to-lot performance. SDS-PAGE gels are shown for proteins and antibodies to demonstrate purity. For lentiviruses, infectivity and viral titer are confirmed and lentiviruses are packaged for your convenience in terms of transduction units (TU/ml). Cell-based assays are tested with positive and negative controls, with and without inhibitors where appropriate.
