Description

Recombinant human CD48 antigen, encompassing amino acids 27-220. The protein is fused at the C-terminus with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified.

Assay Conditions

Assay was performed according to the CD137[Biotinylated]:CD137L Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience, #72025). The plate was coated with 100 ng of CD244. CD48, Biotin-labeled was titrated from 160 ng/rxn – 0 ng/rxn.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
