Human KIR2DL1, also known as Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL1, CD158A, or NKAT-1, .GenBank Accession No. NM_014218, a.a. 22-245 fused at the C terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-tag™ and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW=52 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. This protein runs at a higher MW due to glycosylation.
