Assay Conditions

Assay was done according to 3CL Protease, MBP-tagged (SARS-CoV-2) Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79955-1) with 3CL Protease (SARS-CoV-1) titrated at various concentrations and incubated for 1 hour at room temperature.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
