Assay run according to 3CL Protease, Untagged (SARS-CoV-2) Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #78042). 1200-0 ng 3CLPro added to plate in 3CL protease assay buffer, and reaction initiated with 80 µM 3CL protease substrate. Fluorescence intensity measured at λex360, λem460.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
