Recombinant human WDR5 (WD repeat domain 5), full length, encompassing amino acids 2-334(end). This construct contains an N-terminal Avi-tag™ followed by a His-tag (6xHis). The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified.
