Assay Conditions

50 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 10 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM EGTA, 0.01% Brij-35, 200 μM ATP, 2 μM Tyr1 substrate (Z-lyte kinase assay kit from Invitrogen), 1 hour at room temperature.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
