Storage/Stability

At least 6 months at –80°C

Assay Conditions

50 mM Tris/HCl, pH 7.4, 5 mM MgCl₂, 0.05% Tween-20, 0.1 mM NMN, 0.1mM ATP, and NMNAT2 (3.2-200 ng) in a final volume of 50 µL. The reaction was incubated for 30 min at 37°C. The amount of ATP consumed was calculated using Kinase-Glo plus reagent (Promega).

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
