Recombinant human KRAS (KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase), isoform b, encompassing amino acids 2-185. This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag (6xHis). The recombinant protein (BPS Bioscience #11308) was affinity purified and loaded with GDP. Unbound GDP was removed by spin column.

Assay was performed according to KRAS (G12C) Coupled Nucleotide Exchange Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #78004) with KRAS, Isoform B, His-Tag, GDP-loaded Recombinant (BPS Bioscience #101522) titrated from at various concentrations.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
