Assay Conditions

Kinase buffer containing 1 mM DTT using Histone H1 (0.1 mg/ml) substrate and 20 µM ATP at 30°C for 50 min. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for three dimensional structure studies, binding assays, enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
