Assay Conditions

Varying amounts of calmodulin 25 ng CAMK2, 200 ng/μl autocamtide-2 peptide, 0.4 mM CaCl2, 50 μM ATP and trace [33P]--ATP in 25 μl of reaction volume for 15 min at 30°C.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for studying calmodulin-dependent kinase kinetics in vitro.
