Assay Conditions

Kinase buffer containing 2 mM McCl2 at 30°C for 20 min. Use BPS 4PI:PS substrate (100 μM) with 100 μM ATP. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using ADP-Glo reagent.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
