Description

Recombinant human FcRn complex composed of FcRn [also known as Neonatal Fc receptor or FCGRT (Fc Fragment of IgG Receptor and Transporter)], encompassing amino acid 24-297 and B2M (beta 2 microglobulin), encompassing amino acids 21-119. FCGRT has a C-terminal His-tag (10xHis) followed by an Avi-tag™. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. These proteins are co-expressed in a HEK293 expression system and affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.
