Mouse FcRn also known as Neonatal Fc receptor is a heterodimer of FCGRT (Fc Fragment of IgG Receptor and Transporter) and B2M (beta 2 microglobulin), GenBank Accession numbers NM_010189 and NM_009735; a.a. 22-297 and a.a. 1-119 respectively. FCGRT has a C-terminal His-Avi-tag. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTagTM technology. These proteins are co-expressed in a HEK293 expression system. FcRn MW = 34 kDa, B2M MW = 14 kDa.
8 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Storage/Stability
At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted enzyme is not recommended, if necessary use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%).
Instructions for Use
Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications
Useful as a positive control for western blot analysis
