Description

Recombinant human TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK interacting kinase), encompassing amino acids, 2-325. This construct contains an N-Terminal GST-tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a Thrombin Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.

Assay was done according to TNIK Kinase Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #78370) with various amounts of TNIK.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
