Recombinant human ERAP1 (tumor necrosis factor receptor shedding aminopeptidase regulator), full length, encopassing amino acids 1-941(end). This construct contains a C-terminal Avi-tag™ followed by a His-Tag (10xHis). The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified.
