Assay Conditions

Assay was performed according to the CD27: CD70[Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79695) with CD27 [Biotinylated] enzyme titrated from 300ng/rxn – 0 ng/rxn.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
