Formulation

Contains Iscove’s MDM, Heat inactivated Fetal Bovine Serum (HiFBS), 1% penicillin/streptomycin, 2-Mercaptoethanol, insulin, and other supplements.

Mycoplasma Testing

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Storage/Stability

Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at -20°C. After thaw at Room Temperature or overnight at 2-8°C (do not thaw at above 37°C), media should be stored at 2-8°C up to one month. Alternatively, aliquots can be made at first thaw and stored at -20°C.

Note: Information on the label corresponds to storage during use

Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at -20°C, the product is stable for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Instructions for Use

1. Thaw TCellM™ at room temperature (15-25°C) or overnight at 2-8°C. Mix thoroughly.

Note: Store at 2-8°C for up to 1 month. Alternatively, if not using all the media, aliquot into tubes and store
at -20°C. After thawing aliquots, do not re-freeze.

2. Add desired cytokines, growth factors, and other components to TCellM™. Mix thoroughly. Set up cultures
as desired.
