Description

Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein (N protein), full length encompassing amino acids 1-419(end). This protein corresponds to SARS-CoV-2 Variant B.1.1.7 (Alpha Variant) originally discovered in the United Kingdom, and contains mutations D3L, R203K, G204R, and S235F. The construct also contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a His-tag (6xHis). The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
