Figure 2: Assay run according to MCL-1 TR-FRET Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79506). Enzyme mixture incubated for 1 hour at room temperature and TR-FRET measured at ex 340 nm / em 620 nm, 665 nm.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
