Recombinant porcine CD38 encompassing amino acids 54-286 (end). This construct contains a C-terminal FLAG-tag. The recombinant protein was affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.

Assay Conditions

Assay was ran according to the CD38 (pig) Hydrolase Activity Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #78178). Various amounts of enzyme incubated with etheno-NAD and incubated overnight. Fluorescence intensity measured at ex360 nm, em460 nm.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
