Human KIR2DL1, also known as Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL1, CD158A, or NKAT-1, .GenBank Accession No. NM_014218, a.a. 22-245 fused at the C terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-tag™ and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW=52 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. This protein runs at a higher MW due to glycosylation.

Storage/Stability
Stable for at least 6 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
Instructions for Use
Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications
Useful as an antigen and in protein binding studies.
