Recombinant human DDR1 (discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1), encompassing amino acids 21-417. This construct contains a C-terminus fused with an Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified.
