Description
Recombinant human CLEC2D (C-type lectin domain family 2 member D), encompassing amino acids 60-191 (end). The N-terminal end of the protein is fused with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.
8 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 20% glycerol
MW
43 kDa + glycans
