Complex of CDK11A and Cyclin D3 proteins. The two proteins were co-expressed and affinity purified.

Recombinant human CDK11A (Cyclin-dependent kinase 11A), encompassing amino acids 361-780 (end). Recombinant human Cyclin D3 (also known as CCND3), full length encompassing amino acids 1-292 (end). Both constructs contain an N-terminal GST-tag.
