Description

Human TGFbeta1 (GenBank Accession No. NM_000660), a.a. 30-390 (end) with Cys33Ser mutation and N-terminal His-tag. Mature latent TGFbeta1 consists of disulfide-linked homodimers of TGFbeta1 latency-associated peptide (LAP) and mature TGFbeta1, MW= ~75 & 25 kDa under non-reducing conditions.

Storage/Stability

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute in sterile 0.2 M acetic acid with 0.1% BSA. Further dilutions may be made in PBS with 0.1% BSA. To maximize product collection from vial surface, vortex briefly and then spin down to recollect the liquid.
