Human secreted interleukin 17 A (IL-17A) also known as cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 8 (CTLA8), encompassing amino acids 20-155(end). The construct contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ and the recombinant protein was purified by ion exchange chromatography. This protein exists naturally as a homodimer.
