Growth Medium 11A
This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.
Optimized for Use With:
NF- κB Reporter (Luc) – Raw 264.7 Cell line (BPS Bioscience #79978)
BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.
• Growth Medium 11A (BPS Bioscience #79977): DMEM medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated FBS, 1% GlutaMAX, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus and 700 μg/ml of Genecticin.
Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
