Formulation

BPS Growth Medium is formulated through BPS Growth Medium combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

Growth Medium 10A (BPS Bioscience, #79835): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1 MM Sodium pyruvate, 1% Non-essential amino acids, 1% Penicillin/streptomycin with 400 μg/ml of Geneticin to ensure recombinant expression.

Mycoplasma Testing

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
