Description

Recombinant human DNMT3a (DNA methyltransferase 3 alpha), full length encompassing amino acids 2-912 (end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a Thrombin Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
