Description

Recombinant human IL-17RA (Interleukin 17 receptor A) encompassing amino acids 33-320. The C-terminal end of the protein is fused with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified.

Assay was done according to the IL-17RA[Biotin]:IL-17A Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #72060) with various amounts of IL-17RA, Fc fusion, Biotin-labeled.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
