- Growth Medium 3L (BPS Bioscience #78104): F-12K Medium (Kaighn's Modification of Ham's F-12 Medium) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 6 μg/ml of Puromycin
Mycoplasma Testing
Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
