Formulation

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

Growth Medium 3G (BPS Bioscience #79882): F-12K Medium (Kaighn's Modification of Ham's F-12 Medium) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 1000 μg/ml Geneticin and 5 μg/ml Puromycin.

Mycoplasma Testing

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
