Assay Conditions

Enzyme reaction was performed in a reaction buffer (200 µl) containing 50 mM Tris (pH 7.4), 1 mM MgCl₂, 50 mM KCl, 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 2 mM T5PNP (Sigma #T4510) and 600 ng TDP2. Reaction was done at 415 nm at room temperature for 60 min. Specific activity was calculated based on the molar extinction coefficient of the product (p-nitrophenol), e = 15,000 M^-1cm^-1

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
