- Growth Medium 6D (BPS Bioscience #78222): DMEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 200 µg/ml of Hygromycin B and 5 µg/ml Blasticidin to ensure recombinant expression.
Mycoplasma Testing
Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
