- Growth Medium 6A (BPS Bioscience #79542): DMEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 400 µg/ml of Geneticin (G418), 1 µg/ml of Puromycin, and 100 µg/ml Hygromycin B.
Mycoplasma Testing
Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
