- Growth Medium 2L (BPS Bioscience #78094): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 200 µg/mL Hygromycin B and 5 µg Blasticidin.
Mycoplasma Testing
Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
