Formulation

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the cell pool.

• Growth Medium 2K (BPS Bioscience #78078): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 0.25 μg/ml of Puromycin (Invivogen, #ant-pr-1) to ensure recombinant expression.

Mycoplasma Testing

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
