Growth Medium 1W (BPS Bioscience #78854): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin 200 µg/ml of Geneticin, and 50 µg/ml of Hygromycin B.
