Formulation
BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.
- Growth Medium 1M (BPS Bioscience, #79723): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin, 400 μg/ml of Geneticin and 0.5 μg/ml Puromycin Dihydrochloride.
