Recombinant human Trop2 (also known as TACSTD2 tumor associated calcium signal transducer 2), extracellular domain encompassing amino acids 27-274. The C-terminus is fused with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
