- Assay Medium 5A (BPS Bioscience #79620): Opti-MEM Reduced Serum medium, 0.5% calf serum, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 10 mM HEPES, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Mycoplasma Testing
Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
