Recombinant human CD38 (CD38 molecule) encompassing amino acids 43 to 300 (end). This construct contains a C-terminal His-tag (6xHis). The recombinant protein was affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.

Assay Conditions

Assay was done according to CD38 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (Cyclase Activity) (BPS Bioscience #71275) with CD38 titrated from 66.3 ng/µl (994 ng/rxn) to 1 ng/µl.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
