Description

Recombinant human TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains), encompassing amino acids 22-141. The C-terminal end of the protein is fused with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.

This product has been cited 2 times.

Synonyms
T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains, V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 9 (VSIG9), and V-set and transmembrane domaincontaining protein 3 (VSTM3), WUCAM
